History
A project on the history of family practice and academic family medicine at McMaster and in the broader community of Hamilton was undertaken in 2003.
Several 'History of Family Medicine Receptions' were held to provide opportunity for past and current faculty, staff, and patients to bring materials and stories to the group and enjoy reminiscing and reflecting on how far we've come as well as where we're going!
A film was produced and several screenings were held in 2004.
We are continuing to collect materials and written or oral accounts from those who have been involved with the Department, including faculty, staff and long-time patients. Please share your stories, clippings and files!
