Welcome Residents! Let us direct you to the information that you are looking for.

MedPortalMedportal - All information for current residents is kept on Medportal and all email correspondence will be sent to the Medportal account.  Under the Postgraduate Section, you will find  forms, policies,  contacts, key dates, and the vacation request system. 

Under the Family Medicine section, you will find a calendar, forms, policies, goals and objectives for each rotation, contacts, academic and rotation information.  There are also links to Webeval (once you login once, you will not have to re-enter your login and password  again), Community Groups (set up private groups to share information easily) and Eluminate (we have six rooms available to hold virtual meetings – please contact Sue Murray.

mac-care_webMac-Care - Mac-CARE arranges high quality educational opportunities in urban and rural areas by providing funding to the preceptor and to the learner for accommodations and/or travel in eligible communities, during the rotation period. Arrangements are made for core and elective rotations four weeks or longer in the Niagara region, Waterloo region, Grand Erie Six Nations region and some cities in the Halton region.  With the exception of booking your own Electives or Selective, please contact your Site Education Associate for booking Core Rotations in Mac-Care regions.

ROMP - The Rural Ontario Medical Program (ROMP) arranges core and elective rotations for residents in Rural areas including (but not limited to) Collingwood, Owen Sound, West Lincoln and Wellington.  With the exception of booking your own Electives or Selective, please contact your Site Education Associate for booking Core Rotations through ROMP.
