Pilot Research Project Funding
The Department of Family Medicine has set aside $20,000 for the Year 2009/2010 to fund pilot research projects. These grants are intended to build research capacity in the DFM. The study should address areas of research related to primary health care and should be designed to produce findings that can be used to support the preparation of a research proposal submitted for external funding within 2010/2011.
ANNOUNCEMENT: The maximum amount of funds for projects submitted to the DFM pilot research project grants competition is $5,000 for the next awards cycle. There is a total of $20,000 available for this competition. The deadline for the Department of Family Medicine Pilot Project Funding will be February 15th, 2010!
