Stonechurch Family Health Centre

Stonechurch Family Health Centre (SFHC) is a bustling and innovative family practice in the rapidly growing east Hamilton mountain community.  As one of McMaster University’s original residency teaching units, we are proud of our well-established excellence in learner-centred education.

Our diverse patient population and experienced educators offer residents an appropriate balance between clinical learning and structured teaching sessions.  Our inter-professional team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Practical Nurses, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Lactation Consultant, Systems Navigator as well as in-house consultants:  Psychiatrists, Pediatricians, Geriatricians, Internists and Sports Medicine specialist.
